Super nice of you to check us out.  It’s been a little while coming but finally our new dedicated website is up and running!  This is only the beginning. We hope to be adding much more content on a daily basis and helping you discover more about Blairgowrie & Rattray.

We have a great ethos in that after several years of faithful service, we thought it was  time to retire the old ‘Heart of Blair’ site and replace it with the much slicker new layout to keep us fresh and looking up to date.  We’ve refreshed the content and tied it all in with our social media activity and are now able to offer you a good glimpse of what we believe closer reflects our connection with the community.  We very much hope our new site will help you widen your horizons and help you get something more and something new from what Blairgowrie & Rattray has to offer.

The appeal and the strength lies in the fact that we like to highlight and emphasize the word ‘go’ in BlairGOwrie. The purpose of the site is to provide an insight into the activities which go on in and around the area. The site is intended for anyone with an interest in Blairgowrie, Rattray and the surrounding areas including residents, visitors, local business and those who have moved away but would still like to maintain links to the local area.

From the perspective of someone who grew up in Blairgowrie and Rattray and a mindset open to the new - it’s just wonderful to see such passionate and enthusiastic true ambassadors creating a good sense of place.  We'd love to hear from you if you have not found what you are looking for, need more information, want to offer feedback on this website or have questions or ideas.  A unique and valuable community resource.
